Over the past ten years in the entertainment industry, Ian has written, produced or directed over a dozen film or television projects, winning several international awards.
Prior to his focus on independent films, Ian worked at Warner Bros. Pictures in creative development, in Walt Disney’s Feature Animation division, and also directed an award-winning commercial campaign for Viacom’s Spike TV. Ian also served 6 years in the U.S. Army National Guard. He holds an MBA from Penn State University, a BA (cum laude) from the University of Minnesota, and a graduate certificate in screenwriting from the American Film Institute.
